Dr. Alissa Koschany-Phi

Dr. Alissa Koschany-Phi is a native Houstonian and graduate of St. Pius X High School.  She attended Texas A&M University, originally pursuing a degree in Architecture before realizing her true passion was medicine. Dr. Koschany-Phi received her undergraduate degree in Animal Science followed by her DVM from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine.

She is excited to be back in Houston caring for pet emergencies in Westbury Animal Hospital’s ER. Special interests include: emergency medicine, wound care and internal medicine.

When Dr. Koschany-Phi is not at work she can be found running at Memorial Park or spending time with friends and family. She is the proud owner of a German Shepherd Dog and one cat that pretends he is a Russian Blue.
