Dr. Victoria Cole
Born and raised in Western New York, Dr. Cole received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Dr. Cole then went on to continue her education by receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the Cumming's School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in Massachusetts. Dr. Cole graduated 4th in her class receiving a summa cum laude honor in 2010.
Following veterinary school, Dr. Cole continued her education by completing a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship at a private practice specialty hospital (VSES) in Rochester, New York.
Prior to joining the Westbury team, Dr. Cole served as an emergency veterinarian in a 24-hour hospital. She then spent time working as a veterinarian in shelter medicine, teaching Texas A&M veterinary students during their required rotation.
Her interests include emergency and critical care, shelter medicine and ophthalmology. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Cole enjoys running, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family (husband, baby boy and rescue dog).
